My first day in Tokyo

Today we rode the trains, LOTS of trains. We walked a lot and saw the Statue of Liberty (a fake one, of course!) . I like walking because I get to feel the air and the local people. I ate udon, went to Uniqlo to buy Heat-tech clothes, rode more trains, and then ate sashimi teishouku. We saw the robot ASIMO at Miraikan (National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovations). We then returned to the hotel at 1:25 AM Hawai'i time to write this blog. We will go to to our room at 19:45 Japan time, but we don't actually sleep. Our day will begin at 7:30 AM tomorrow.

Sarah is super happy with her Ramen.

What are they eating?

Hans is critiquing the broth.

Cherry Blossoms???

Today was Inaba Sensei's birthday!

Life-size GUNDAM.
